Halloween #3 - Harry Potterlicious!

Hey guys! I thought I'd share with you my third costume for this Halloweekend!

If you can't tell, I was Harry Potter! I'm a huge fan of the books and movies and when I spotted HP glasses in the store, I snagged them and decided to become a wizard!

The costume was super easy - you can really customize it however you want.

I wore a red plaid skirt, black tights, a red tie, Harry Potter glasses, and a white button down. I drew his scar on my forehead in brown eyeliner and carried a wand.

The wand was super special. When my mom found out I was going to be Harry Potter, she sent me a cape and this awesome wand.

You probably couldn't tell but it's homemade!!!!!!! She found a stick in our backyard, whittled it down, dyed it with tea, and then treated it with lotion to make it soft. It looks absolutely incredible. When I first opened the package, I thought it was storebought. Don't you just love moms? They always know how to do something awesome.

It was a great night and I was so happy that my roommate dressed up as Cho. She looked amazing!
